IMPORTANT NOTE: Breach of these terms and conditions of hire will invalidate your insurance cover and you will be held personally liable for any costs incurred in the event of loss, theft, damage or injury.
By making a booking you declare that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and that you have not been medically assessed as being unfit to operate the scooter. The term 'scooter' refers to any scooter, powerchair or wheelchair on loan to you.
The booking will be held for one hour only past your expected time of arrival, unless you advise us that you will be delayed.
The scooter must be returned to us by the agreed time. If you are unavoidably delayed, please notify us immediately.
You are responsible for using the scooter safely. Please comply with the instructions provided by our staff. ONLY the person specified on the hire form is insured to use the scooter. Any other person using the scooter or riding on it as a passenger without our express permission will invalidate your insurance cover.
Faults or accidental damage to the scooter, or an incident causing injury to yourself or any other person must be reported to us immediately.
The scooter must not be taken outside the event boundary without our express permission.
Fair Mobility reserves the right to refuse future bookings if these conditions are breached.
